bp01 150x150 AboutI’m Brandon Prebynski. My professional interests revolve around the strategy, development, integration, and analysis of web, technology, marketing, media, and communication. This site provides news and insight in those areas.

This blog is an effort to provide news and insight on aspects of the web, technology, marketing, media and communication as it appeals to my current position. The site is a source for those in the online community to exchange valuable opinion about the industry.

In 2005, I established a new media company offering technology and marketing services in web strategy, development, social media, and interactive solutions. I now work for Pearson Education. At Pearson, I am a Marketing Manager attempting to leverage the transforming, online channels of our marketing initiatives.

The topics within the web, technology, marketing, media, and communication are evolving at a staggering pace, but the important factor is that they are all converging into a single industry. Within that industry, web and technology integration of marketing initiatives is vital.

My interests fall into the categories of:

  • Web Strategy
  • Social Media
  • Technology
  • Usability
  • Interactivity
  • New Media
  • Innovation
  • Mobile Platforms

“The Web is the mob. Conjure magic for them, and they’ll be distracted. Take away their physical life, and still they’ll roar. The beating heart of the Web is not the rhetoric of noise, it’s the power of niche audiences. Bring them pragmatic content, and they will love you for it.” — Brandon Prebynski, modified from Gladiator (2000).
